1. Exercise regularly

Your health should be your top priority, so you should invest your time in it. Make a habit of doing exercise daily, at least for 30 minutes to 1 hour. "A healthy mind is developed in a healthy body," you might have heard this quote. So if you want your body and mind to function properly, stick to this habit as long as you are alive.
